Blair is a Greensboro Native and currently lives in Greensboro with her family. She earned a BS in Nursing from UNC-G in 1984, and Masters in Nursing from UNC-G in 2012. She had over 30 years of combined nursing experience in OB/Gyn, pediatrics, clinical research, and school nursing. She has four plus years experience combined in Internal medicine, Geriatrics, In patient and outpatient Mental health/behavioral health medicine, and addiction, and is credentialed to prescribe suboxone detox treatment. Since 2014, she has been evaluating and treating psychiatric patients, from young adults to elderly; substance abuse disorders, Obsessive-compulsive disorders, PTSD, ADHD, depressive and anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. Using a patient-centered approach, Blair and Dr. Carol Sena work together to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client. Blair is also LGBTQ affirming.
Genetics testing is offered to determine which medications may work best for the individual client’s genetic make-up.
